Minis on the Internet

Whilst the Mini has been around a lot longer than the Internet, you'll find that it has not been shy of sharing in modern technology. Much the same way as folk will shoe horn a twin cam, 16V, supercharged engine into a Mini, you'll also find as many folk who want to tell the world about it. As well as this you'll find many sites which have been set up by individuals showing off their pride and joys, and providing valuable resources of information and tips for repair and servicing.

Sponsors form a very important part of club activity, the assistance they provide to a club, with funds and support are invaluable. Without them the club scene will not be able to move forward. So cherish your sponsors and support their business when you can.     

The business of modifying and aftermarket supplying of Mini parts has also been around for longer than the Web & for almost as long as the Mini was built, and is even more important today than ever before. With the last classic Mini being built on the 4th of October 2000, parts and supplies will gradually be become scarce. At the moment there is still a reasonably good supply of 2nd hand bits, but there will always be a need for new parts as well. We are lucky in that the global popularity of the Mini has ensured that there is a large amount of companies prepared to produce and supply parts, from original re-manufactured to bolt on go fast bits. We need to support these companies so that they can stay in the business of helping us keep our treasures on the road. The world will be a very sad place with out Minis in it.
